Standard Schedule for our Saturday Zazenkai Program

9:00 am Saturday	Program starts – please be in the Zendo by this time
9:00 am 9:40 am	First Zazen (seated meditation) period
9:40 am 9:50 am	Kinhin (walking meditation) This is the ideal time to leave or join us for the second session
9:50 am 10:30 am	Second Zazen period
10:30 am 10:40 am	Buddhist service including chanting the Heart Sutra and the Four Bodhisattva Vows
10:40 am 11:00 am	Taisho / Dharma talk and Tea
11:00 am 11:30 am	Discussion and clean up
